Omschrijving

The Horpol VC-140 serie includes compact LED rear lights specifically designed for applications on vehicles with a 12-24 V on-board system. This model, VM-140, combines the functions: fog lights and reflector. Thanks to surface mounting and a housing made of ABS with a polycarbonate lens, the rear light is resistant to various environmental influences. With a diameter of 140 mm and a depth of only 25 mm, this version fits easily into the rear bumper of various vehicles. Protection against dust and moisture is guaranteed with its IP67 rating. In addition, this rear light meets CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R38 standards, including D-homologation. Connection is via an open wire end with a cable length of 150 cm. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
