Omschrijving

The TRALERT® VMR-141 is part of the VC-140 serie and combines reversing lights and rear fog lights in one compact housing. This LED lighting is suitable for mounting on commercial vehicles, semi-trailers and semi-trailers with an on-board power supply of 12 V to 24 V. Thanks to its slim design, this multifunctional light is very suitable for vehicles with limited mounting space. The VMR-141 is surface-mounted from durable materials and designed for long-term use in a variety of conditions. Within the VC-140 serie , compatibility is key: standardisation in housing and connection makes it easy to integrate within existing systems. This model meets the requirements of ECE R10 and is dust- and waterproof according to protection category IP67.

ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
