We ship professional vehicle lighting from our warehouse in the Netherlands to customers across Europe. Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day whenever stock permits.

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days. Germany, France, Luxembourg: 2–3 business days. Austria, Italy, Denmark: 3–4 business days. Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland: 4–6 business days. Other EU destinations: 5–8 business days. Times are indicative. In-stock items generally ship on the same working day; items on longer lead time will show an estimated dispatch window on the product page.
Shipping is a flat €8.75 (incl. VAT) per order; orders over €350 (gross) ship free within the EU. We use DHL, DPD and UPS depending on destination and package dimensions. Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Within the EU, prices shown exclude VAT for B2B buyers with a valid VAT number; VAT is added at checkout for private customers. Deliveries outside the EU may incur import duties or handling fees charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If a parcel is visibly damaged, note the damage on the courier's signature device and email us within 48 hours at support@vehiclelightshop.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
