The TRALERT® VC-140 serie offers a compact solution within the LED rear lights category. This model has a diameter of ø140 mm and a depth of only 25 mm, making it suitable for mounting in places with limited installation space. Thanks to surface mounting combined with a 400 cm long cable with open wire end, installation is flexible and easy to integrate into various vehicles. This rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light and indicators. The housing is made of ABS and features an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens. With an IP67 rating, it is suitable for long-term use in outdoor environments. The certifications CE, ECE R10, ECE R7, ECE R6 and D-homologation confirm that this LED rear light complies with the relevant European vehicle lighting directives. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
