Omschrijving

The TRALERT® VC-140 serie LED rear lights was developed for applications where a compact installation solution is required. Thanks to surface mounting with dimensions of ø140 x 25 mm and 150 cm cable with open wire end, this model is suitable for mounting in, for example, rear bumpers of commercial vehicles, semi-trailers or agricultural vehicles. This rear light combines the functions: reversing lights and reflector. The lens is made of polycarbonate and the housing of ABS, contributing to solid protection against external influences. The VC-140 serie is certified to CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R23 and has an IP67 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and temporary immersion. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
