This LED rear light from the Horpol Mavic serie is designed for use on vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. The model is suitable for surface mounting and has a housing and lens made of polycarbonate, which contributes to its mechanical resistance. Electrical connection is via a 7-PIN connector. With a dimensions of 405x145x63 mm, this model is suitable for various body applications. This rear light combines the functions: tail light, brake light, indicator light, dynamic indicator light, fog light, reversing light and licence plate light. In addition, the unit features reflector, which increases visibility. The unit meets IP68 and is certified in accordance with CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R148 and ECE-R150. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
