This LED rear light unit from the Horpol Mavic serie is designed for use on vehicles with a supply voltage of 12-24 V. Thanks to its surface-mounted, polycarbonate housing and lens, the product is resistant to external influences and suitable for long-term use in demanding applications, such as transport and logistics. With a dimensions of 405x145x63 mm and equipped with a 7-PIN AMP connector, this rear light unit can be easily integrated into existing vehicle installations. This rear light combines the functions: tail light, brake light, indicator light, dynamic indicator light, fog light, reversing light and licence plate light. The product complies with CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R148 and ECE-R150 standards and is water- and dust-proof in accordance with IP68 classification. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
