This LED side marker light from Horpol s MB-1000 serie is designed for use on vehicles with a bow or side light application and supports voltages of 12-24 V. Thanks to its robust design with a rubber housing and polycarbonate lens, it is resistant to external influences. The IP68 rating indicates that the light is fully dust- and waterproof, making it suitable for intensive use in a variety of weather conditions. The LED side marker light comes with an angled stem and is equipped with a 50 cm long cable with open wire end for direct connection. With dimensions of 192.5 x 168 x 87mm, this model fits well on various types of trucks and semi-trailers. This version combines an amber and red light image and is equipped with the light function: rear marker light. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
