The Fristom VC-2210B5 model belongs to the VC-2200 serie and is a compact model within the LED rear lights range. This model is suitable for 12 V systems and is designed for vehicles where limited installation space is available. Its dimensions are 99.7 x 92.7 x 30 mm and its surface-mounted design makes it easy to integrate on a variety of vehicles. This LED rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light, indicators and licence plate light. In addition, it includes an integrated reflector. The polycarbonate lens and ABS housing contribute to its impact resistance and durability. The unit features a 5-PIN bayonet connector, which facilitates installation. Thanks to its IP68 rating, the rear light is fully dust- and waterproof, and meets certifications CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7, ECE-R6 and ECE-R4. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
