The Fristom VC-2210 from the VC-2200 serie is an LED rear light with compact design and robust housing made of ABS. The lens is made of polycarbonate for increased impact resistance. This product is designed for vehicles with a 12 V voltage range and is connected via a 100cm cable with open wire end. This LED rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake lights, indicators and licence plate light. Its dimensions of 99.7 x 92.7 x 30mm make it suitable for mounting where limited space is available. Thanks to surface mounting, installation on a variety of vehicle types is possible. The VC-2210 complies with IP68 and is certified according to CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7, ECE-R6 and ECE-R4 directives. This ensures electromagnetic compatibility and meets requirements for road traffic applications. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
