The Fristom 800-serie includes compact, round LED rear lights suitable for vehicles with 12-24 V electrical systems. Equipped with a 5-PIN bayonet connector, this model combines the functions: rear lights and reversing lights. The housing and lens are made of polycarbonate, which contributes to high impact resistance and durability in demanding conditions. The LED rear lights in this series are designed for surface mounting and feature IP68 rating, making them completely dust- and waterproof. The product is certified to CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R23, confirming compliance with relevant European directives. With a diameter of Ø140 mm and a depth of 50.5 mm, this rear light fits within a variety of vehicle applications where compact installation dimensions are required. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
