The VC-4610B5CAN is part of the Fristom VC-4600 serie and is designed as a multifunctional LED rear light for applications within the 12 V vehicle circuit. This model combines the functions: rear lights, brake lights, indicators and licence plate lights. Thanks to its robust polycarbonate housing and IP68 rating, this LED rear light unit is suitable for long-term use in harsh environmental conditions. The integrated 5-PIN bayonet connector facilitates quick and reliable installation. Dimensions of 240x140x58 mm make this rear light suitable for various vehicle configurations. Compliance with CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R148 and ECE-R150 supports usability on public roads. CANbus proof variants are available within the series, including this model. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
