The Fristom 500-serie is designed for use as LED rear lights on vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. This model has a robust housing made of polycarbonate with the same choice of material for the lens, which contributes to its resistance to external influences. Its dimensions are 240x140x55 mm and the fixture is mounted on the vehicle via surface mounting.This LED rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light, side indicator, reverse light and licence plate light. The fixture is equipped with an open wire end and 100 cm cable. Thanks to its IP68 rating, it is fully dust- and waterproof. The available certifications, including CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R3, ECE-R7, ECE-R6, ECE-R38 and ECE-R4, confirm the suitability of this product for a variety of road traffic applications. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
