The Horpol MB-4761RWA from the MB-4700 serie is an LED side marker light suitable for use on vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. This side marker light combines the functions: rear marker light and side marker light. Thanks to its design in three light colours (red, white, amber), this model offers all-round visibility, contributing to vehicle recognition and safety in various situations. The side marker lights feature an open wire end with 50 cm cable for direct connection. The robust rubber housing and impact-resistant polycarbonate lens protect the internal components against mechanical and weather influences. The version complies with IP68 and is certified to CE, ECE R10, ECE R7 and ECE R91. Mounting is via surface-mounting. With dimensions of 125x110x55 mm, this LED side marker light fits a variety of vehicles within the transport and logistics sector. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
