The Horpol MB-4730RWA from the MB-4700 serie is an LED side marker light suitable for vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. This model combines a rear marker light and side marker light in one housing, finished in red, white and amber. Thanks to surface mounting and a sturdy rubber housing, this side marker light is suitable for a variety of applications within road transport. The lens is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate and, combined with a robust housing and IP68 rating, offers high resistance to dust and water. The light features a 50 cm cable with open wire end and complies with CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R91 guidelines. With dimensions of 118x100x55 mm, the side marker light is compatible with common mounting options. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
