This round LED rear light from Horpol s Luna serie is designed for use on 12-24V vehicles. With three integrated functions, this model offers a combination of rear lights, brake lights and indicators. The housing and lens are made of polycarbonate, which contributes to impact resistance and weather resistance. The surface-mount assembly allows easy integration on various vehicle types within the transport and semi-trailer industry. The rear light comes with a 150 cm cable and an open wire end for universal connection. With a diameter of ø121 mm and a depth of 36 mm, the design remains compact. This model meets certifications CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R6 and is rated IP68, meaning it is fully dustproof and resistant to immersion in water. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
