Omschrijving

The Horpol model MV-4950A from the MV-4900 serie is an LED marker light designed for side marker applications on vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. This LED marker light combines the functions: side marker light and reflector. Thanks to surface mounting and the open wire end with 50 cm cable, it is easy to install. The housing and lens are made of polycarbonate, which contributes to mechanical resistance and impact resistance. The product is suitable for use in demanding environments, thanks in part to its IP68 rating, which guarantees full dust and water resistance. The MV-4950A meets the requirements according to CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R3 and ECE-R91, making it usable on public roads within the EU. With dimensions of 111 x 72 x 43.2 mm, it is light compact and can be efficiently integrated into various vehicle superstructures. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
