Omschrijving

De Horpol MV-4900 serie is ontwikkeld voor markerings- en zichtbaarheidstoepassingen rondom voertuigen in diverse segmenten. Dit rode LED markeringslicht combineert de functies: achter markeerlicht en reflector, en is voorzien van een opbouwmontage met 50 cm kabel en open draadeind. De behuizing en lens zijn vervaardigd uit polycarbonaat, wat bijdraagt aan schokbestendigheid en duurzaamheid in veeleisende omgevingen. Dankzij een spanningsbereik van 12–24 V is dit markeringslicht geschikt voor gebruik op zowel lichte als zware voertuigen. De compacte afmetingen van 111 x 52 x 20,5 mm maken het licht breed inzetbaar, ook bij beperkte montageruimte. Met een beschermingsgraad van IP68 is het volledig stofdicht en geschikt voor onderdompeling. De certificeringen CE, ECE R10, ECE R3 en ECE R7 waarborgen conformiteit met relevante richtlijnen voor voertuigverlichting. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
