Omschrijving

The Fristom MB-400 serie LED side marker lights are designed for use on commercial vehicles and semi-trailers where clear demarcation of the vehicle width is essential. This model is equipped with an angled stem and functions as a rear marker light. The use of red and white LEDs allows the position of the vehicle to be clearly visible from both the front and rear. Surface mounting and rubber housing ensure shock resistance during daily use. This model has an open wire end and comes with a 30 cm long connection cable, which simplifies installation. The housing shapes a closed construction combined with an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens. The light operates within a power supply range of 12-24 V. The product is certified to CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R7, and has an IP rating indicating water resistance. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
