The Horpol VC-5102B8 from the Strada serie is a multifunctional LED rear light, suitable for vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. This rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light, side indicator, fog light, reversing light and licence plate light. It also features an integrated reflector. Thanks to its surface-mounting and 8-PIN bayonet connection, it is easy to install on a variety of vehicles, including 12V semi-trailers. Both the lens and housing are made of polycarbonate for high impact resistance. The dimensions of the luminaire are 238 x 140 x 49.5 mm. With water- and dust-tightness according to IP68 and certifications ECE-R10, ECE-R148 and ECE-R150, this LED rear light is suitable for professional use within European directives. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
