Omschrijving

Horpol s Strada serie is designed for use on semi-trailers and other vehicles requiring permanent visibility in a variety of conditions. This LED rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light, indicators, fog light, reversing light and licence plate light. The integrated reflector completes this model according to current regulations. The housing and lens are made of polycarbonate, which contributes to impact resistance and increased durability. The lighting features an 8-PIN bayonet connector and is suitable for voltages of 12-24 V. Thanks to its surface-mount design and compact size of 238 x 140 x 49.5 mm, installation is easy, even with limited available space. With certifications CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R148 and ECE-R150, this model meets the relevant European standards. The IP68 rating indicates that the product is fully dustproof and waterproof, even under prolonged immersion. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
