The Horpol VC-4300 serie is a compact range of LED rear lights designed for application on vehicles within the voltage range of 12-24 V. Thanks to surface mounting and a cable length of 200 cm with open wire end, integration into various vehicle types is easy to perform. The housing and lens are made of polycarbonate, which contributes to high impact resistance and environmental protection. This rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light and indicators. With dimensions of 200x70x30 mm, this LED rear light solution is suitable for vehicles with limited space for lighting elements. The unit meets IP68 rating and is certified to CE, ECE R10, ECE R3, ECE R6 and ECE R7. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps.
