Omschrijving

Dit LED achterlicht uit de 250-serie van LED Autolamps is ontworpen voor toepassing op voertuigen binnen een spanningstraject van 12–24 V. Met een robuuste behuizing van ABS en een lens uit acrylaat is het product bestand tegen weersinvloeden. De afmetingen van 250x80x24 mm maken de unit geschikt voor montage op diverse voertuigtypes, waarbij opbouwmontage wordt ondersteund via een 40 cm lange kabel met open draadeind. Dit LED achterlicht combineert de functies: achterlicht, remlicht, knipperlicht en achteruitrijlicht. De geïntegreerde reflector verhoogt de zichtbaarheid. De beschermingsgraad IP67 zorgt voor stofdichtheid en bescherming tegen onderdompeling, terwijl de conformiteit aan CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R3, ECE-R7, ECE-R6 en ECE-R23 certificeringen aangeeft dat het product geschikt is voor gebruik op de openbare weg volgens Europese normen. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
