Omschrijving

De LED werklamp van LED Autolamps, model 7815BM, is ontworpen voor montage op uiteenlopende voertuigen binnen het 12–24 V systeem. Dankzij het compacte formaat van 77x43x23 mm en de robuuste aluminium behuizing is deze werklamp geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij beperkte inbouwruimte beschikbaar is en schokbestendigheid vereist is. Deze breedstraler is voorzien van een polycarbonaat lens en levert een lichtopbrengst van 900 lm. De werklamp is voorzien van een open draadeind met 40 cm kabel voor directe aansluiting. De bescherming tegen stof en water is gewaarborgd met een IP67-classificatie. De lamp voldoet daarnaast aan CE- en ECE R10-richtlijnen, wat elektromagnetische compatibiliteit aantoont voor gebruik in professionele voertuigsystemen.

ECE R10 — electromagnetic compatibility for vehicle electronics.

R10 is the reason a cheap LED strip can make a truck's ABS throw faults. It regulates how much electrical noise a lamp is allowed to emit, and how much external interference it has to tolerate. Every lamp destined for a European road carrying a CE mark also needs an R10 stamp — the two are not the same.

ADR — lighting rules for dangerous-goods transport.

ADR is the European agreement governing the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet. It is stricter than ordinary road-vehicle standards — a lamp fitted to a tanker carrying flammable liquid has to survive electrical and mechanical conditions an ordinary delivery truck never sees.
