Omschrijving

The Truck-Lite M900 serie is designed for mounting on trucks and semi-trailers, with a robust surface mounting and multiple light functions integrated in one housing. This LED rear light combines the functions: brake light, brake light, indicator light, dynamic indicator light, fog light and reversing light. The model is suitable for use within 12-24V on-board voltage and features a 7-PIN AMP connector (TL) plus 5x SuperSeals for connection to the vehicle wiring. Thanks to the polycarbonate housing and lens construction, the unit offers high resistance to shock and water, with an IP69K rating for pressure and vapour cleaning. The dimensions of the rear light are 402x131x51 mm. The Truck-Lite M900 serie meets the requirements of CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R148, ECE-R150 and ADR regulations. Vertical mounting is possible as standard, offering flexibility in vehicle designs. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
