The Horpol WF-1012MM80 from the WF-1000 series is an LED work light designed for use within a wide range of vehicles and machines. With a voltage application of 12-24V, this work light is suitable for both light and heavy vehicles. The work light delivers 1,000 lm and has a wide-beam light image, ideal for versatile lighting of work areas. Thanks to the robust aluminium housing and impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, the work light is suitable for long-term use in harsh conditions. The IP68 protection rating guarantees full resistance to dust and long-term immersion in water. Mounting is via surface mounting, and connection is achieved via a cigarette lighter connector on an 800 cm long cable, offering flexibility in positioning. The work light meets CE and ECE-R10 certification and offers reliable operation without interference to electronic systems. This version combines practical features with a compact design. ECE R10 — electromagnetic compatibility for vehicle electronics.

R10 is the reason a cheap LED strip can make a truck's ABS throw faults. It regulates how much electrical noise a lamp is allowed to emit, and how much external interference it has to tolerate. ADR is the European agreement governing the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet. It is stricter than ordinary road-vehicle standards — a lamp fitted to a tanker carrying flammable liquid has to survive electrical and mechanical conditions an ordinary delivery truck never sees.
