This LED rear light from Horpol s VC-100 serie is designed for vehicles with limited installation space. Its compact strip size of 257x27x20 mm allows flexible mounting. The luminaire is equipped with an open wire end and a cable length of 100 cm. This LED rear light combines the functions: fog light and reversing light. In addition, the luminaire also contains a reflector function. The housing and lens are both made of polycarbonate. Surface mounting is suitable for 12-24 V systems. In terms of certifications, this model complies with CE, ECE R10, ECE R38 and ECE R23. With an IP68 rating, this luminaire is fully dust-proof and long-term water-resistant. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
