The Fristom MB-1520RWA LED side marker light from the MB-1500 serie is designed for application on 12-24 V vehicle installations. This side marker light combines the functions: rear marker light and side marker light, with the three-part light colour red, white and amber contributing to clear visibility around the vehicle. Thanks to surface mounting and the included 50 cm cable with 1.5mm² connector, installation is easy. The rubber housing and impact-resistant polycarbonate lens combine to provide a robust construction suitable for a variety of conditions. The light meets the requirements of CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R91. The indication "WATERPROOF" indicates increased resistance to water, suitable for outdoor use. With its dimensions of 120x40x35 mm, this model has a particularly compact design. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
