Omschrijving

The SIM-SA VC-7112ASS2 is part of the VC-7100 serie and is an LED rear light suitable for vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. With dimensions of 507x147x73 mm, this model is designed for surface mounting. The housing is made of polypropylene with a lens made of PMMA, which contributes to its impact resistance and durability. This LED rear light unit features a reflector function. Thanks to its IP67 rating, the product is protected against dust and temporary immersion in water. The presence of several ECE approvals - including ECE-R10, ECE-R3, ECE-R4, ECE-R6, ECE-R7, ECE-R23, ECE-R38 and ECE-R91 - makes it suitable for use on public roads within Europe. The connection is via an ASS2 connector. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
