The Fristom SF63 serie includes compact LED warning lights suitable for various vehicles within the 12-24 V voltage range. Designed for surface mounting, this LED warning light comes standard with a 15 cm long connection cable and open wire end, allowing flexible installation on a variety of surfaces. The model has a robust housing made of polycarbonate with a lens of the same material and offers IP68 protection. This makes the warning light resistant to dust and long-term immersion. The warning light meets CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R65 certifications, making it approved for use in signalling situations within public roads. With dimensions of 103 x 27 x 13.8 mm, this LED warning light is space-saving, while the mounting option on both flat and convex surfaces ensures wide application possibilities within a variety of sectors. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.

ADR is the European agreement governing the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet.
