Omschrijving

The Fristom MV-5900 serie was developed as a robust solution within the LED marker lights segment. Thanks to its slim design and housing made of polycarbonate and rubber, these marker lights are suitable for mounting on a variety of vehicle types. The use of white LEDs combined with a 15 cm cable with open wire end facilitates installation, while the compact size of 241.5 x 27.5 x 22.8 mm ensures discreet placement. These LED marker lights are suitable for use within a voltage range of 12-24 V, allowing deployment in both light and heavy-duty vehicles. The marker lights have an integrated reflector function. The unit complies with relevant ECE directives such as ECE R10 and ECE R148, and bears CE marking. The declared value 'WATERPROOF' indicates high protection against water penetration. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
