Omschrijving

The Horpol MB-1021RW from the MB-1020 serie is an LED side marker light designed for surface mounting on vehicles operating within a voltage range of 12-24 V. This model is equipped with an angled rubber arm and combines a white and red light colour, in line with its rear marker light function. Impact-resistant polycarbonate was used for the lens, which contributes to a longer service life under a variety of weather conditions. Thanks to its IP68 classification, this LED side marker light is completely dust- and waterproof, increasing its usability in harsh (vehicle) environments. The MB-1021RW complies with CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R7 directives, making it suitable for wide professional use on trucks and semi-trailers. The 50 cm long power cable with open wire end simplifies electrical connection. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
