Omschrijving

The Fristom MV-700 serie includes LED top lights designed for use as rear marker lights. This model, the M10MV-710R, offers a red light image and is suitable for applications within 12 V to 24 V on-board mains voltages. Thanks to its compact design and 50 cm long 0.75 mm² cable with connector, this LED top light is easy to integrate into various vehicle types. Both the lens and housing are made of durable polycarbonate, which contributes to increased impact and weather resistance. The light is CE marked and complies with ECE-R10, ECE-R3 and ECE-R7 guidelines. Although the IP value is marked as "WATERPROOF", it is advised to check whether this corresponds to a standardised classification such as IP67. Mounting requires a separately available mounting bracket.

ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
