Omschrijving

This LED work light from the 10015-serie by LED Autolamps is suitable for voltage systems from 10-110 V and thus fits within a wide range of applications in transport and industry, among others. The model is designed as a flood beam with a light output of 1,710 lm and is also suitable as a reversing light. Surface mounting and a standard 40 cm connection cable with open wire end allow a flexible mounting position. The robust aluminium housing and impact-resistant polycarbonate lens offer protection against mechanical influences. With an IP69K rating, this LED work light is resistant to dust, moisture and high-pressure cleaning. The light meets CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R23 certifications, confirming its electromagnetic compatibility and suitability for use as reversing lights. ECE R10 — electromagnetic compatibility for vehicle electronics.

R10 is the reason a cheap LED strip can make a truck's ABS throw faults. It regulates how much electrical noise a lamp is allowed to emit, and how much external interference it has to tolerate. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet. It is stricter than ordinary road-vehicle standards — a lamp fitted to a tanker carrying flammable liquid has to survive electrical and mechanical conditions an ordinary delivery truck never sees.
