Omschrijving

The 285-serie of LED rear lights from LED Autolamps are designed for vehicles that require a compact and flat-finished rear light solution. Thanks to its low height of 10 mm and slim size of 285x25 mm, this model is suitable for flush mounting in locations with limited space. The housing is made of ABS and fitted with a PMMA lens, which combined with the IP67 rating offers protection against dust and moisture. This rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light and indicators. The unit operates on 12 V and is equipped with an open wire end with 8 cm cable length for direct connection. The certifications CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R6 confirm conformity with legal requirements for use on public roads. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
