LED rear lights in the 235-serie from LED Autolamps are designed for applications where limited installation space and a slim design are required. This model with open wire end and a 40cm cable is mounted via flush mounting and has dimensions of 237x25x16 mm. The lens and housing are made of polycarbonate, contributing to a robust seal with IP67 protection class. This rear light combines the functions: reversing lights and reflector. With a rated voltage of 12 V, this model is suitable for light commercial vehicles and semi-trailers within this voltage range. The lighting complies with CE marking and is certified according to ECE-R10 and ECE-R23. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
