This LED rear light from the 80-serie by LED Autolamps is designed for vehicles with a 12-24 V electrical system. Thanks to the robust housing made of ABS and a lens made of acrylic, this model offers a reliable alternative for use within various vehicle categories. The mounting is done as a surface-mounted version and the connection is via an open wire end with a cable length of 40cm. This rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light and indicators. With an IP67 protection rating, it is resistant to dust and water, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. The model also meets CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R6 standards. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
