This round LED rear light from the 145-serie by LED Autolamps features a chrome trim and is suitable for vehicles equipped with a voltage range of 12-24 V. The model is surface-mounted and features an open wire end with 15cm cable. This rear light combines the functions: indicators and reflector. With a polycarbonate housing and acrylic lens, this rear light is suitable for use in a variety of conditions. The luminaire meets IP67 and is certified to CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R6. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
