Omschrijving

The TRALERT® 140-serie was developed for applications where reliability and visibility are essential. This LED rear light comes in a round housing with a diameter of ø140 mm and a depth of 100 mm. Thanks to the combination of ABS housing and polycarbonate lens, the product is mechanically resistant to intensive use and weather influences. Mounting is via surface mounting, and connection is via slide connectors. This LED rear light combines the functions: fog light and reversing light. In addition, it features a fixed reflector. The housing meets IP67 classification, which guarantees dust- and waterproof operation. The product is approved according to CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R38 and ECE-R23, and functions within a voltage range of 12-24V. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
