The LED Autolamps model 212BAR from the 211-212 Serie is a surface mounting LED rear light suitable for 12 V systems. Thanks to its compact size of 160x90x20 mm and robust polycarbonate housing, the product is suitable for applications where space is limited and resistance to external influences is desired. This rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light and indicator. The integrated red reflector and sturdy rim contribute to functional safety and durability. Its IP68 rating makes this LED rear light completely dust- and waterproof. The product complies with relevant certifications, including CE, ECE R10, ECE R148 and ECE R150. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
