These 135-serie LED rear lights from LED Autolamps are designed for vehicles that require a compact, multifunctional lighting solution. The 135RME model combines the functions: rear lights, brake lights and reflector. Thanks to its slim size of 135x38x24 mm and surface mounting, this type of rear light can be used on a variety of bodies or semi-trailers with limited mounting space. The housing is made of durable ABS with an acrylic lens and meets IP67 for dust and water resistance. The rear light features an open wire end with 18 cm cable and functions within a voltage range of 12-24 V. Compliance with CE, ECE R7 and ECE R10 underlines its suitability for use on public roads. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
