Omschrijving

The 7705 series of LED work lights from LED Autolamps is designed for compact applications where limited installation space is required. With dimensions of 77x44x22 mm, this work light can be easily integrated into a variety of vehicles and construction machinery. The light image is designed as a flood beam and delivers a light output of 750 lm at a consumption of 025 W, suitable for a voltage of 12-24 V. The housing is made of aluminium and fitted with a polycarbonate lens for durable use in a variety of conditions. The work light comes with an open wire end and a 40cm cable, suitable for fixed mounting. The CE and ECE R10 certifications combined with the IP67 rating make this product usable in environments where resistance to dust, water and electromagnetic interference is required. ECE R10 — electromagnetic compatibility for vehicle electronics.

R10 is the reason a cheap LED strip can make a truck's ABS throw faults. It regulates how much electrical noise a lamp is allowed to emit, and how much external interference it has to tolerate. Every lamp destined for a European road carrying a CE mark also needs an R10 stamp — the two are not the same.

ADR is the European agreement governing the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet. It is stricter than ordinary road-vehicle standards — a lamp fitted to a tanker carrying flammable liquid has to survive electrical and mechanical conditions an ordinary delivery truck never sees.
