Omschrijving

The 7705 series of LED work lights from LED Autolamps is designed for efficient lighting in situations where limited space is available. Thanks to its compact size of 77x44x22 mm and wide light image, this LED work light is suitable for mounting on vehicles and machines in a variety of sectors, including transport and agriculture. The work light has an aluminium housing and a polycarbonate lens for durability under harsh conditions. IP67 protection makes the product dustproof and resistant to immersion in water. Connection is via an open wire end, coupled with a 40 cm cable. The work light is suitable for use on installations with a voltage range of 12-24 V and delivers a light output of 750 lm at a consumption of 025 W. This model has CE and ECE-R10 certification and is surface mounted. ECE R10 — electromagnetic compatibility for vehicle electronics.

R10 is the reason a cheap LED strip can make a truck's ABS throw faults. It regulates how much electrical noise a lamp is allowed to emit, and how much external interference it has to tolerate. Every lamp destined for a European road carrying a CE mark also needs an R10 stamp — the two are not the same.

ADR is the European agreement governing the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet. It is stricter than ordinary road-vehicle standards — a lamp fitted to a tanker carrying flammable liquid has to survive electrical and mechanical conditions an ordinary delivery truck never sees.
