Omschrijving

The 13 serie Ecco from ECCO ESG concerns an LED beacon bar designed for applications on vehicles requiring high visibility both during the day and at night. This version is 1,500 mm long and suitable for voltage systems from 12-24 V. The unit is made up of a robust aluminium housing with a polycarbonate lens and is supplied with a 450 cm long cable with open wire end. Mounting can be fine-tuned thanks to the freely adjustable brackets. The LED beacon bar has CE, ECE R10 and ECE R65 certifications, meeting various requirements in terms of electromagnetic compatibility and light output for warning lights. The product delivers reliable performance on vehicles in a variety of sectors, including emergency services, agriculture and transport. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.
