Omschrijving

The ECCO ESG 12 serie Ecco is an LED beacon bar designed for professional use on vehicles requiring signalling in a variety of conditions. At 1,828 mm long, this beacon bar offers wide coverage, while the aluminium housing and polycarbonate lens ensure robust and durable construction. The beacon bar is suitable for 12-24V electrical systems and features an open wire end with a cable length of 450 cm, making installation flexible. This LED beacon bar is equipped with freely adjustable bracket mounting, allowing placement on various vehicle types. The protection meets a WATERPROOF classification and the beacon bar is certified to CE, ECE R10, ECE R65 Class 1 and CISPR 25 standards. Thus, the product meets the relevant European requirements for electromagnetic compatibility and light output for warning lights in public areas and on the road. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.
