Omschrijving

The ECCO ESG 12 serie Ecco LED beacon bar is designed for signalling purposes on various commercial vehicles. The beacon bar is composed of an aluminium housing and an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, with a total dimensions of 1070x279x64 mm. The use of an open wire end and a 450 cm cable allows flexible connection to existing vehicle installations. Thanks to its compatibility with 12-24 V electrical systems, this LED beacon bar is applicable to a wide range of vehicles. Mounting is freely adjustable via a bracket design, allowing for precise positioning. The beacon bar has several international certifications, including CE, ECE R10, ECE R65 Class 1 and CISPR25. These approvals confirm its electromagnetic compatibility and signalling capability under a variety of conditions. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.
