Omschrijving

The ECCO ESG 12 serie Ecco is a multifunctional LED beacon bar designed for use on vehicles within the voltage range of 12-24 V. With dimensions of 1524x279x64 mm, this beacon bar offers visibility across the full width of a vehicle. The housing consists of impact-resistant aluminium and features a polycarbonate lens, suitable for robust use in a variety of weather conditions. The beacon bar comes with an open wire end and a 450 cm cable, and features an adjustable bracket mount for flexible installation on different vehicle types. This LED beacon bar complies with multiple relevant standards, including CE, ECE R10, ECE R65 Class 1 and CISPR 25, providing electromagnetic compatibility and regulatory-compliant visibility requirements. The waterproof construction ensures reliable operation in wet or dusty conditions. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.
