Omschrijving

The ECCO ESG 12 serie Ecco LED beacon bar is designed for warning lighting on commercial vehicles, service vehicles and emergency services. Thanks to its compatibility with 12-24 V on-board systems, this beacon bar is suitable for a variety of applications. The housing is made of aluminium and finished with an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens. The model with dimensions of 610x279x64 mm comes with a 450 cm connection cable and an open wire end connector for mounting freedom. The 12 serie Ecco beacon bar features a freely adjustable bracket mounting. Thanks to classifications such as ECE-R10, ECE-R65 Class 1 and CISPR 25, this beacon bar complies with the main European regulations on electromagnetic compatibility and visibility. The IP value is standardised as IP67, indicating protection against dust and temporary immersion in water. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.
