The ECCO ESG 12 serie Ecco is a robust LED beacon bar developed for signalling applications on commercial and emergency vehicles. With a length of 1219 mm and housing made of aluminium, this beacon bar is suitable for mounting on larger vehicles. With freely adjustable bracket mounting and a cable length of 450 cm, it offers installation flexibility. The lens is made of polycarbonate, which contributes to impact resistance and durability. This LED beacon bar is suitable for use on vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. The unit meets the requirements of CE, ECE R10, ECE R65 Class 1 and CISPR25, and is WATERPROOF. This makes it resistant to a variety of weather conditions and sources of interference on the vehicle. This beacon bar comes with open wire end for direct connection to the vehicle's electrical system. ECE R65 — the rule behind every warning light.

ECE R65 is the European standard that determines whether a rotating or flashing beacon is road-legal. It defines luminous intensity, flash rate, colour and mechanical endurance. Without an R65 mark, a beacon is not allowed on a public road anywhere inside UNECE territory — and insurers routinely refuse claims on vehicles carrying non-approved warning lights.
